Shipping & Returns
Payment Options:
When you are ready to complete your sale, select the "Checkout" button. You will be prompted to login to your account before you can checkout. If you do not have an account, you can set open one with us, it's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do! Signing up for an account allows you to log in at anytime to track your past and current orders. We use a secure online shopping cart to process orders and accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Sales Tax:
If you are a New York State residents you will be charged 8.375% sales tax.
Shipping Costs:
Orders within the U.S. will be shipped by UPS. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout based on weight and zip code. Because many things on our website are handmade your order could take up to two weeks to ship as it may be made custom for you. If we have the product in stock you will receive your order within one week. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email along with a UPS tracking number.
International Shoppers:
Sorry but we are currently unable to ship internationally.
Returns and Store Credit:
We will will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your ship date for store credit or refund (minus the cost of shipping). Sale items are non-returnable so please bear this in mind when ordering . Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us via email at flirtbrooklyn@earthlink.net within 1 week of receiving your order if you would like to return it. As long as it is within one week of your receiving the package we will issue you an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You MUST write this number clearly on the outside of the package you are returning.
Please Note The Following:
Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Returns made without email consent from Flirt Brooklyn, Inc. will not be accepted.
Returns received after 15 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee so please put package in the mail immediately upon receiving RA#.
Merchandise must be unworn and with tags still attached. If this is not the case we will refuse the return.
When returning at item we suggest getting insurance on the shipment and you should be sure to obtain a tracking number. Flirt Brooklyn, Inc. cannot be held responsible for returned items that are not delivered to us.
